返回 current foreground window 是否为 Real 找到的 Roblox window。Real 会 enumerating 当前进程的 windows，并选择 class name 为 Roblox window 的 window。该 function 不接受 arguments，当没有 foreground window 或 matching Roblox window 可用时返回 false。
