getactors

返回从 ScriptContext actor thread list 解析出的 live Actor Instances 的 array table。该 function 不接受 arguments。它遍历 actor thread list，解密每个 actor Lua state，保留 valid threads 的 entries，然后读取每个 thread 的 thread data 和 the associated Actor weak reference。只有 non-expired actor references 会作为 Instances push。没有 container、没有 Actor reference、reference count <= 0 或带 expired actor reference 的 entries 会被跳过。
