Zwraca current executor environment table przez pushing LUA_ENVIRONINDEX. Function nie przyjmuje arguments, zwraca exactly one value i nie ma registered alias. Call-sites w repository uzywaja returned table do odczytu i zapisu shared executor globals takich jak __siApiCache i saveinstance.
